Laser Control System: Employs a Danfoss laser control system paired with a German Komec receiver system. The transmitter supports dual-plate, Topcon, Leica, and Trimble options, enabling automatic control of flat, single-slope, and double-slope (3D) surfaces. The laser microsystem provides real-time automatic leveling, achieving precision far exceeding traditional manual methods.
Power and Transmission: Equipped with a custom-designed 22KW/30HP engine from Huaang, utilizing a low-speed, high-torque reducer and hydraulic drive motor, coupled with solid, anti-slip, and puncture-resistant narrow tires, ensuring stable movement, strong passability, and adaptability to complex construction site surfaces.
Leveling and Vibration: The vibrating plate has a width of 2525/2955mm, a vibration force of 2000N, and a vibration speed of 3600rpm. Utilizing hydraulic spiral paving, it achieves higher density in a single pass; the leveling thickness ranges from 50–300mm, covering most flooring conditions.
Intelligent Control: Features a one-button cruise intelligent walking system with adjustable walking speeds of 0–55m/min and working speeds of 4–20m/min, offering simple operation and high efficiency for continuous work.
