HA100-4D Concrete Laser Paving Leveling Machine

This is a concrete laser leveling machine with a central seat and a steering wheel. You can drive it just like a car, so you can take care of the front, back, left and right.

It consists of a body and a working head. The body provides power to allow the machine to walk normally on the concrete surface, and the working head moves under the guidance of the body. The working head is also controlled by the laser, so that the concrete surface is flat and reaches the desired level.
 

The body shell of this concrete laser paving is formed of steel in one piece, and the surface is painted, so no matter how bad the construction environment is, it can withstand it.

The working head is made of aluminum-magnesium alloy, which is more durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean.

This model with a 30HP engine (Honda option), which can effectively drive a 2955mm vibrator (2525mm option). The fuel tank capacity is 37L, the fuel consumption is 3-4L/h, and the machine can run continuously for 9 hours.This machine is equipped with 680mm solid anti-skid and anti-puncture tires, making construction more worry-free and smooth.

The vibration plate of this concrete laser leveling machine is vibrated by a motor, and its vibration motor speed is 3600rpm, and the vibration force can reach 2000 Newtons. The vibration leveling thickness is 50-300mm, making the concrete more compact. There is an auger under the vibration plate, which can make the concrete more compact by rotating. This auger is driven by hydraulics and is very powerful.

This concrete laser paving is equipped with a Japanese Topcon transmitter (Swiss Leica option) and a German Komike receiver (Topcon/Leica option). The laser control system uses American Danfoss. You can use it for flat, inclined or double-slope projects.

This laser leveling machine uses a low-speed high-torque reducer and a hydraulic vibration motor, which can achieve one-button cruise control. The walking speed can be adjusted from 0-55m/min and the working speed is 4-20m/min.
