Detailed Operation Procedure

This Concrete Laser Leveling Machine machine is designed to simplify operation and improve construction efficiency. The main operating steps are as follows:
1. Preparation

Setting the reference point: Set up the German Leica laser emitter outside the construction area and set the design elevation reference plane.

Equipment inspection: Check that the Honda engine has sufficient fuel and oil; check that all connections and fasteners are secure, and ensure that the screed head is free of foreign objects.

Power-on self-test: Start the equipment and confirm that the American Danfoss laser receiver can normally receive and lock the laser signal.

Construction Operation

Control mode selection: Select automatic or manual dual control mode according to the site conditions.

Positioning start: Push the equipment to the concrete paving area and start the coaxial servo motor drive.

Precise leveling: The laser measurement and control system will automatically control the height of the screed head to ensure that the blade edge is at the design elevation.

Vibration Compaction: Activate the high-frequency vibration function (3600 times/minute) to level, vibrate, and compact the concrete in one continuous motion during operation.

Movement Control: Control the equipment's movement speed (4-20 m/min) and direction via the handle, and utilize independent movement of the two wheels for flexible turning.

 End of Work

Turn off the vibration and movement drives, then turn off the engine.

Move the equipment to a safe area.

Proper maintenance is key to ensuring the long-term, efficient operation of equipment.

Maintenance Item Frequency Maintenance Content and Key Points
Daily Cleaning After each day's work 1. Remove concrete residue from the screed head, vibrating motor, and body.
    2. Pay special attention to cleaning the area around the laser receiver to ensure no covering.
Laser System Before each use 1. Clean the laser receiver lens to ensure accurate signal reception.
    2. Check the connecting cables of the laser system for damage or looseness.
Engine Maintenance Follow Manual 1. Regularly change engine oil, oil filter, and air filter to ensure stable power output (Refer to the Honda Engine Manual).
    2. Check the fuel lines for leaks, aging, or blockages.
Hydraulic/Drive System Weekly or periodically 1. Check the hydraulic fluid level and ensure fluid cleanliness.
    2. Inspect the vibrating motor and travel drive components for oil leaks or unusual noise/wear.
Fastener Inspection Weekly 1. Check and tighten all exposed bolts and nuts on the machine, especially those on vibration components.
    2. Prevent components from loosening due to high-frequency vibration.
Tire Inspection Weekly

1. Inspect the tread and sidewalls of the solid anti-skid tires for abnormal wear, cuts, or cracks.

2. Ensure smooth operation of the travel mechanism.
