Why switch from manual to laser screeding?

Traditional concrete screeding relies on manually setting side forms and hand-leveling. This method has three critical drawbacks:
Large flatness (FF) deviations: Manual operation makes it difficult to ensure consistency over large areas, often resulting in 'wavy' surfaces.
Low efficiency: Uneven manual vibration can cause air pockets or honeycombing inside the concrete, making it prone to cracking later.
Laser screeding machines, with their laser alignment systems and automated hydraulic/servo actuators, perfectly address these issues and have become the 'standard equipment' for high-standard floor construction in industrial plants, logistics warehouses, airport runways, and more.

The working process of the laser screed is a real-time calibrated closed-loop control system: an independently equipped laser system, with the receiver capturing the laser signal in real time and transmitting the height data back to the controller, automatically adjusts the screed head height by driving the hydraulic rods or servo motors with second-level corrections.
