About Operate
1.Push button start
2.Add appropriate amount of corundum aggregate into the silo (the silo volume is about 0.8m³)
3.After the small silo is filled with aggregates by one-touch loading through the operating handle (loading stops automatically after the silo is filled), pull back the boom head and fully retract it to the bottom of the hopper to inject aggregates.
4. Raise the outriggers to the highest position, extend the arm, and press button No. 4 on the handle to pull back and start spreading the material (the weight of the material spread is adjusted by the pull-back speed and the speed of the spreading motor. For 5KG aggregate, adjust the scale to about 70. The weight per unit area can be measured by the measuring plate).
About Cleaning
1. Remove excess aggregate from the feed port.
2. Use a brush or compressed air to remove excess material.
3. Clean the spreader head and the bottom of the machine with water (be careful to avoid electrical components!).
About Daily care
1,1The first time the machine changes the engine oil is within 100 hours (engine oil model 15W-40), and then every 250 hours. The oil filling amount is based on the oil dipstick. When changing the engine oil, replace the oil filter at the same time; clean the air filter every 250 hours and replace it after 500 hours; replace the diesel filter after 500 hours.
2. The recommended replacement cycle for antifreeze is 2 years (replacement should be done when the car is cold, be careful of burns).
3. The normal replacement cycle of hydraulic oil is about 3 years. Choose the appropriate time to replace 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil and replace the hydraulic oil filter at the same time according to the working conditions.
4. Add grease to key parts such as bearings (Note: some positions in the picture are for reference only, the recommended maintenance cycle is 2-3 days/time).
