Too high (>180mm): The concrete mixture is too thin, leading to severe bleeding. After operation with the Hua'ang Concrete Laser Leveling Machine, excess water will float to the surface, carrying away a large amount of fine sand, resulting in insufficient surface strength and the easy formation of irregular cracks during the hardening and shrinkage process.

Impact on surface flatness (FF value):
The uniformity of the slump is more important than the numerical value itself. If the slump of each batch of concrete is inconsistent, it will lead to different settlement amounts after leveling. The Hua'ang machine uses a German Komec receiver and a Danfoss laser control system to provide real-time elevation feedback multiple times per second, but if the material slump varies too much, the error caused by physical settlement will be difficult to fully compensate for mechanically.

For concrete with low slump (dry and stiff), the equipment must have sufficient torque. Huaang utilizes a custom-made 22KW high-power engine, ensuring that the hydraulic drive system operates stably in heavy paving layers of 50-300mm thickness, without the operating speed (4m-20m/min adjustable) being affected by load fluctuations.
High-frequency vibration system: 3600rpm and 2000N excitation force
Concrete with moderate slump requires high-frequency vibration to achieve liquefaction. Huaang's vibration motor has a speed of 3600rpm, coupled with an excitation force of 2000N, which can quickly remove air from the concrete and ensure even aggregate distribution. Even with slightly lower slump concrete, deep compaction can be achieved through high-intensity vibration.
Advantages of 2525mm/2955mm wide vibration plates
Huaang offers two specifications of vibration plates. The large contact area more effectively distributes the machine's weight, and combined with solid, puncture-resistant narrow tires, allows the screed to maintain stable movement on supporting surfaces with varying slump, preventing deep wheel tracks from affecting flatness.
Recommendations for refined control during construction:
When using Hua'ang equipment, take full advantage of its large 37L fuel tank and low fuel consumption of 3-4L/h to maintain continuous operation. Through the Danfoss control system, operators can monitor the accuracy of the work in real time, whether on a flat surface or a slope (3D).
